Products in regular stock:
On all of our stock products (while only listed on some pages), we
offer our 100% performance guarantee. This is what we mean
when we say that we guarantee a product. If you are not 100%
satisfied with your purchase, you must request a return within 30
days of placing your order; which will result in a full refund of
the purchase price of the product. We can honor this if the
product is in like new condition, and has not been damaged. If
damage has occurred such as dents, dings, scratches, tears, etc. as
a result of customer use and/or negligence, then the guarantee is at
the sole discretion of
www.USBFireWire.com.
Custom and
prototype products:
Prototype and custom items can be purchased from us. A
prototype item is a short run cable assembly that can usually be
made using our custom design tool, although it is not limited to
assemblies with this tool. A custom item is a production run
item produced specifically for any customer or customers, and is
built with normally no less than 25pcs. A prototype item has a
functionality guarantee of 30 days, and cannot be returned for any
other purpose.
